Plexx also has long experience working with a range of other materials, and we cooperate closely with providers of components that may be used in combination with our products and solutions.

Our machines are continually updated and modernised, giving our trained and highly motivated staff the possibility to pursue the latest fabrication methods. Vacuum forming is perfect for forming large objects for heavy as well as light vehicles – while keeping the tool and prototype costs low. The technique involves vacuum and heat to shape sheets of thermoplastics. This flexible method is well suited to the production of details for the vehicle-industry, trains, boats, planes and trucks. It is also widely used in the manufacturing of sanitary equipment, heat pumps, packaging, screens and covers and displays.
