PRODUCTION METHODS

Precision molding of advanced plastic components

With access to a wide range of production methods, we deliver plastic components to many different industries – always with the same high precision, repeatability and quality. Regardless of the requirements for function, tolerances or environmental impact, we develop solutions that meet industrial standards and complex specifications.

01

Vacuum forming

Heated thermoplastic sheet is formed using vacuum zero series to thousands in ABS, PEHD, PC and more.

  • Large formats in one piece

  • Low tooling costs

  • Technical DFM consulting

02

Thermoplastic molding

Forming acrylic and other thermoplastics – for large, clear parts with smooth curves and preserved optical quality. Low tooling costs and flexible solutions

  • Drape, vacuum, twin sheet and high pressure

  • Acrylic, PC, PETG, ABS and more

  • Aluminum, wood or MDF tools

03

Machining

CNC milling and turning in POM, PEEK and other technical plastics. Send drawing - get assessment and price. Own mold tools are machined in-house.

  • 3- and 5-axis CNC machining

  • Tight tolerances without tooling costs

  • Send STEP – get price

04

Injection molding

Molten thermoplastic pressed into a closed tool. Our largest method - from zero series to millions of identical parts in POM, PA, PEEK and more.

  • One of Europe's largest machine parks

  • Technical plasters and glass-filled types

  • Own steel and aluminum tools

Rotational molding

Powder, heat and rotation produce large, hollow parts in one seamless plastic shell. Only a few Norwegian suppliers can do this – we are one of them.

  • Hollow parts without weld joints

  • Tanks and large volumes

  • Impact-resistant and UV-resistant
